Lil'Squirtz designs: Lil’ Squirtz was inspired by the past, from a French appliqué technique called Broderie Perse (broh dur ee purse), meaning Persian embroidery. Broderie Perse is a highly regarded technique of cutting motifs or patches from printed fabric and stitching them onto a solid fabric. Traditionally, the raw edges are turned under or covered with decorative stitching. Lil’ Squirtz took this technique, which dates back to the early 1700‘s, and gave it a modern twist to make their own line of clothing for toddler boys and girls and wonderfully funky accessories for babies including bibs, caps and onesies, all which have a frayed - edgy - funky patch.

Behind the creation of Lil’ Squirtz Clothing Company and the unique design elements added to every product are a talented mother and daughter team - each of whom brings with them an impressive list of credentials.
